This week we had to make a blog post about SSR selfie.
I wrote about minecraft because there are a lot of interesting facts about minecraft in survival and creative mode.It tells you about the rarest items in minecraft and other fun challenges.

Poetry

LI.To present and share our poem.
Today I made a haiku for inquiry.We had to pick what poem type and a emotion.
then we had to make our own poem.
So if you were writing a Haiku the first 1 has 5 syllables second line 7 syllables last line is the same as the first line.
diamante is shaped like a diamond. Diamante does not rhyme it only is words that are talking about what your writing.   

When everyone is finished writing your poem we had to share about what emotion and the type of poem you wrote.

Music

LI.To learn new notes and chords.
For music the some of the yr 5 were learning the notes for shotgun on ukulele and xylophones.
The other yr 5 were on the piano trying to make beats or playing 
normally on the piano.

After the people that were on the ukulele switched over with the piano.
some people went outside to play notes from songs like shotgun Im only one call away and many other songs.

Kiwi Can

LI.To learn what friendship is.
This week for kiwi can our theme is positive relationship ship and the topic is friendship.
Friendship is when you include them in games and many other thing and telling the truth to your friends and not hurting their feelings if you are a bad friend to someone you are not their friend.

Our energizer was last man standing one of the teachers had to call out a name if they call out their name they were the tagger.If Mr H said slow motion we had to walk slow one of the teachers had to pick how fast or slow we had to go.

After our energizer we done an activity the activity was good or bad secrets.If the secret was good we had to put that secret near the good bloon if the secret was bad we had to but the bad secret near the bad bloon if we were not sure we put the secret near the white board.

Kiwi sport

LI.To apply the real game of Ki O Rahi 

Today we played the real game of Ki O Rahi.If I was Taniwha you have to throw the 

ki at the tupu the Kaitaki have to try guard the tupu. Taniwha wasn't allowed in Te Ara.If Kioma had the ball Taniwha was allowed in Te Au.

if someone was in a team and they rip 1 tag the other team has to try pass the ki to there team.If they riped 2 its a hand over to the other team.

If I was in Kioma my role is to run with the ki and touch the pou then score a try in 

Te Ara.

If you were the Te Marmara you have to kick the ki to the Kaitaki if they catch it it's there Teams ball. If they don't catch it it's the other teams ball.

Involving sentences

Normal:

When we arrived at the villa it was baking hot. The first thing that Dad did was to take a shower. He said that he needed to cool off after such a long journey. There was a swimming pool so we spent a lot of time mucking about in the water or splashing water over Dad!

When we approached at the villa it was baking hot like a chicken jumped in the oven. The first thing that Dad did was take a ice snowy shower. He said that he needed to cool off after such a long tiring journey. There was a swimming pool so we spent a lot of time mucking about in the water or splashing water over Dad!

today I changed a normal sentence into a improved sentence that grabs the audiences attention.

This week my group wrote 500 emotions on our emotions poster.

This week inquiry for my group made a game using eggs and spoons.
When it was our turn to show the other groups our game was one of the best games out of all out of the other groups.

Types of abuse

L.I.Learning about 7 types of abuse.

Today Group A was learning about 7 types of abuse. These are the 7 types of abuse:

1. Sexual abuse
2. Neglect
3. Physical abuse  
4. Family abuse 
5. Not abuse 
6. Cyber abuse 
7. Emotional abuse

Constable Cyrus Told us what the 7 abuses are about. Abuse means not looking after them or kicking,punching and other abuses.

This week we made a T chart .We had to write in our T chat what can make a good team and what can make a bad team.

L.I.Learn the role of kioma. 

The first member of Kioma is a Kicker.
When the game starts the kicker has to kick the Ki to the Kaitiaki.
If the Ki roles on the ground the ki is taniwha's If the Kaitiaki catch the Ki it's Kioma's.

The Kaitiaki can only enter and exit through Te Ao.

The we played a game we had to safe the wife.We only got 2 tags if we a tager ripped a tag off we became a wife.We also played other activity's to help us rip tags.

Today Our Kiwi Can topic was Positive relationships and our theme was positive Communication.

Then we talked about Praise is when you encourage your team and cheer your team like clapping or saying nice things to your team.
