We played Do you feel it our kiwi can teacher will give us a challenge the challenge were to half-five people, Hold your breath for 5 seconds, To do a blank with 10 seconds,20 seconds and 60 seconds. Next we had tell our kiwi can teacher our emotional when we did the challenge and tell our kiwi can teacher why.
Activity
Our activity was Emotion Charades for this game we had to be in groups and our kiwi can teacher will give us an act we have act it then we had to show the class.The difficult about this game is that we had to show them and not tell them.
They have to try and guess the emotional and the act.
Our act was on a roller coaster at Rainbows end.
I am a Year 7 student at Panmure Bridge School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Learning Space 2 and my teachers are Mrs Anderson and Mrs Fisi'iahi.

Motat
LI.To learn about STEAM
We went to MOTAT which was a really big museum with interesting and amazing stuff.
We saw a fire station with a firetruck used back in the days. We even saw a telecommunication exhibit with dial phones, and stuff like Morse codes. We then saw a car exhibit and saw a super car, a car that Queen Elizabeth 2nd used, and saw car engines. Next we saw a old village with a classroom, church, workshop.
When we finished looking around we firstly made an electric car! We first had to make the body of the car using cardboard. The he engine was a motor and a fan. The wheels were small wheels, and a skewer. We then had to connect the parts in a way.
Lastly we made a flashlight using some connecting blocks. We first had to use the motor again, and connect a LED light to the motor and span a cog to make the light flicker. We then had to use the connecting blocks, cogs, and more to try to keep the LED light on instead of it just flickering.

Persuasion
LI.What is a Persuasion
Persuasion means when you convince people that they are wrong and you are correct. For the past few weeks we are going to learn about persuasive writing. We had made a poster about how arguments could be based on perspective, and how it could also affect the argument when being bias.

Duffy Theatre
LI.To learn about reading
Duffy theatre came to PBS to perform a play. The play was about Duffy getting sucked into a game called Magic bricks.Duffy got sucked by putting his grandma's glasses and and dancing try go get his cousin Sam off her PS3. So Sam also danced with the glasses on so Sam could help get Duffy out.The Characters were Sam,Duffy, Sams mum, Dismantler
(In magic bricks game) and Puzzler (also in magic bricks).
I enjoyed watching them play as characters.
My favrouite part was the Puzzlers laugh and how he kept on mixing up all the blocks.

Our activity and energizer was silent Emotion disco and Emotions. One person had to put headphones on and listen to music while we were given an emotion to dance to then the other person had to guess what emotion we were dancing to.

There are two ways to do Mountain Climbers.The first way
is to go on the ground and get into a press up position.Then
try to make your knee's touch your elbow.To do that pretend your
running.The other is to do it standing up.So you lean your hands on
something and try to make it touch your knee's.To do that is to
do high knee's.
How To do Pressup
Here is one way to do a pressup. The easy way
is to feet in the air and knees on the ground,pushup
and down.The hardest way is one leg and the other leg
onto the leg on the bottom,pushup and down.
How To Do Pullups
You go the ground.Also we are doing pullups on
the ground.So there is two ways.One way is to
put your legs flat on the ground and then pullup. The other
way is that you knee's are up and then you just pullup.

Throughout the couple of weeks we have been working on a project. This project is a narrative in the form of a play. We have been working really hard on this preparing and using a bunch of ideas to help.Our play was about Katie and her friends building a tree house but bees chase them when they just finished their tree house so Jacob rings the bee man to take them away to the countryside.

Life on other planets
LI.To identify the conditions required for life and human life
We made a presentation for 2 planets and why they can't or can sustain life.
My group made a presentation for Uranus and Mars. Uranus can't sustain life unless you have oxygen tanks and other supplies.The other reason why you can't live on Uranus is because there are many gases that are cold.In Mars there is 0.2 oxygen Mars can also sustain life.

The 2 games we got to play were octopus and invisible touch.For invisible touch someone calls out how much people they want accept one then they run around something and the ref calls a name then they have the ball if the other team tags the person with the ball the person that taged them have the ball who ever gets the most points wins.
