For HIIT we did three activities stands for high intensity int interval training.We did:
- Pullups
- Pressup
- Mountain Climbers
How To Do Mountain Climbers
There are two ways to do Mountain Climbers.The first way
is to go on the ground and get into a press up position.Then
try to make your knee's touch your elbow.To do that pretend your
running.The other is to do it standing up.So you lean your hands on
something and try to make it touch your knee's.To do that is to
do high knee's.
How To do Pressup
Here is one way to do a pressup. The easy way
is to feet in the air and knees on the ground,pushup
and down.The hardest way is one leg and the other leg
onto the leg on the bottom,pushup and down.
How To Do Pullups
You go the ground.Also we are doing pullups on
the ground.So there is two ways.One way is to
put your legs flat on the ground and then pullup. The other
way is that you knee's are up and then you just pullup.
