Shoe Designers | Reading
This week while in lockdown I read an article about a man named Rangi Haira Jaxson who designs shoes for a hobbie. Customising shoes is a way for him to share about his culture to the world. The activity I done was to customise a pair of Jordans. The other activity I did was to write a summary about Rangi Haira Jaxson's hobbie. He does all sorts of designs like KFC and Four Square shoes.
I liked this activity becuase it can inspire people to do art and designing shoes that have Nz icons on them is cool.

Athletes at their best train mentally and physically because both the mody and the mind need to be strong and have a good balance to be an athlete. If you win or lose it is good to be calm and be thankful that you get to represent your country and that you’ve made it to the olympics. You will be more successful if you believe in yourself and knowing you have support from fans and your whanau to direct you in the path of fame and success .

Mindfulness
LI: Removing the negativity from your mind
This week LS2 focused on mindfulness. Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling right now.Mindfulness is about focusing on the present and leaving the past behind.LS2 than sat in circle facing the opposite direction of everyone and loosen their stomach, hands on our knees and focused by breathing in and out slowly so our body and mind can relax. As the bell rang each one us breathed in and out while our mind was slowly approaching the green zone.As I body was relax our mind was wandering in calm position.Mindfulness helps our mind proceed towards the green zone so we can slowly escape from the red zone.Something I found interesting
Everyone goes into the red zone which is negative emotions. To change the red zone into green zone, we used the mindfulness bell to change the mood into calm and relaxed.
I noticed that my breathing was calm and engaged to the bell.
