Kiwi sport - gymnastics

LI.To explore our gymnastics skills

Toady for gymnastics we started off with stretches. 
Your gymnastics teacher was called Steven.
There was:

1.Front/back/side support - the support is when you are in a push up,lay down in the air or put one hand on the floor and stretch one hand in the air. 

2.L shape straddle - a L shape straddle is were you sit on the floor and stretch your legs with out bending them and your arms in the air straight.

3. Butterfly wing stretch - a butterfly wing stretch is when you put your 2 feet together and move your legs up and down.You can even make your legs touch the floor.

4. Tuck shape - a tuck shape is when you put 2 legs together stand them up curl your head between your 2 legs.

5. Seal shape - a seal shape is when your tummy touches the floor and you lift your tummy up with your arms and legs are still touching the ground straight and your head has to look up.

We had 3 stations 
These were the stations:
1. Supports 
2.Balance 
3. Roll/balance  

My favorite part for the support station was the trolley we had to put our hands on the trolley and lift yourself up in the air for 5 seconds.
